I have used Turbo Tax every tax season since I was 18. I'm 32 now, and even though my tax situation has gotten ever so slightly more complicated, the only difficulties I've encountered were my of my own doing. Super easy interface with a lot of information about what you're doing and why you're doing it. If you just have a W-2 this is the perfect place to get started with how to self-file your taxes.
