It costs money to file because I owe money. It doen't make sense. The pricing and constant ads are predatory and makes the whole process more confusing than it needs to be

GETTING TOO PRICEY ... BUT STILL APPRECIATE YOU ..

Gotten VERY PRICEY ! ... so you're getting $88 per 'under an hour' ... and the PRICEY ways to get one's refund .... well . Anyway - like your product otherwise - BUT am hoping that you will cut down on a lot of the info which does not change from year to year - and asking about 'where does your 1099 come from, what kind of pension is it; is it 'qualified / non-qualified' - VERY, VERY, VERY IRRITATING. Since you are already saving the info - WHY DON'T YOU SAVE ALL THAT, which is not only vexing to go through all over again - but unnecessary since it can be saved along with the other info PER 1099. Finally - the 'CONTINUE' buttons ..... why make us have to scroll way down past the page's text to get to them - OFTEN OUT OF FRAME. That button can be coded to be only a few spaces beneath a page's text / questions, etc. Can't it ? Anyway - appreciate Turbo Tax - but you are getting too plush (and plush leads to greed and fluff to justify bigger salaries and bonuses. Wouldn't it be nice if we could be as simple and inexpensive as at the beginning, huh ? THANKS, THOUGH (and PLEASE get rid of 'auto complete' on here).
