Overall a good experience. Very simple to use and easy to find answers to your tax questions. I didn't love the upselling throughout, but on the whole it was a good experience.

Turbo Tax is Easy to Use!

I've used Turbox Tax ever since I got my first job. I would say that Turbo Tax is pretty easy to use and the interface is nice. The only complaint I have is that this year I used Turbo Tax and had to pay for the service.

Confusing website

I don't know what changed on the website this year but it was very confusing and I felt like it kept skipping around and the wording was odd and hard to understand. The most helpful thing was the data imported from last year.
