Turbo Tax is great

When entering my dependents college information it was difficult to understand what I was entering wrong and what was missing, there was no additional information.

TurboTax is TERRIBLE

My husband and just I had the most terrible experience with TurboTax. We spent nearly 4 hours today trying to get everything right, and while mine worked out ok, his return has some sort of computer glitch that we are unable to fix, and even though he has everything filled out correctly, the turbotax system still registers an error and this is preventing him from being able to e-file. Also, the tax calculator on their website is wildly inaccurate, just for the record.
