Turbo Tax is GREAT!! This is my 9th year using it

I really like how I can ask a question at any given box or question turbo asks! I can then read and make sure I am checking the correct box and entering the right information. It gives me confidence and teaches me, I really like learning about the new tax laws and most important tax breaks!! Turbo is very user friendly, and every time I have had to talk to any of their tax people to figure out something I couldn't on my own they have been fantastic, respectful, and kind. I have never felt like any talks down to me!!

Extracting more money out of people.

The site uses unethical ways to get more money out of people by requiring the deluxe in order to file because of an HSA and state returns. Very disappointed.
