Fees for EVERYTHING. Begins by telling you can do the free version, but you can't. Charges for direct deposit, crazy.

Fees are way too expensive and I also should not be having to prove who I am forty million times during the process of trying to submit return. Very poor process and experience, most likely will not be returning because of my. experience and added fees. Ridiculous.
