You Got Bugs!!!!

We have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year's version had many places where the system hung up unless you did something, but the something was unclear or inaccurate. At the end we were funneled into buying additional services, or the system froze up again. We bought the additional services as the only way to go on with the return, but viewed the entire process as manipulative.

Terrible TurboTax

I really am disappointed that I was charged this much just to file a return. I couldn't file unless I upgraded to Deluxe. Then I have to pay just to pay with my refund. You also wanted to charge me for my state refund if I didn't opt out of direct deposit. This is diabolical! I will never use Turbotax again!

Turbo Tax is easy to follow. Easy to enter information and they walk you through the whole process.
