I have always used the desktop client. Since that is no longer offered, I used the online product. It kinda sucks. Hard to navigate to where I need to go. I said I used the marketplace insurance, but it didn't prompt for the required form... so IRS rejected and I had to go back in, which was extremely confusing as it wanted to go through everything AGAIN!
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TurboTax is an awsome online product

I completed my tax returns in one day today using online TurboTax..first time I have used the product online as I have used TurboTax since 2000 and on my computer until this year and Windows 10 is not compatible. Am VERY satisfied with your product.

Easy to use

Very easy to use. Should be more transparent about charges. I had the impression that the GA tax return was included in the $40 charge. I didn’t find out until I finished that it was a separate $40 charge.

easy to use, but misleading advertisements

The process is quick and easy. Although I see many advertisements for free filing and can never seem to find those options on the site. I always end up paying over $50.00.
