The site is difficult to follow, instructions were not clear, and the help section was lacking. Also it is never free to file taxes no matter how basic the return is. Have you ever heard of Truth in Advertisement?

Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy.

I used to do my taxes with TurboTax and get back a lot more when I made under $10 an hour. Now at $20 an hour I'm getting about half of what I used to and got way over charged because I was tricked into paying for deluxe service that was unnecessary because I just had one W2. So, not only was I given way less, I had to pay too much. So, this will be the last time I use this service and I will never recommend this to anyone unless I hate them.
