The fact that I was charged $35 to have the Federal direct deposited into my bank was outrageous but because I spent my time (which you charged me $39 for) I went ahead with it then you charged me for a Turbo Tax states thing. No clue what that was about. So not happy with the hidden fee or the fact that there was no way to say no to a $35 charge.

The coverage of questions is well designed to draw out things we have forgotten about and really really need to tell the IRS about. I have used Turbotax for more then ten years and it has matched my own manual tax return check to a T. Gated, my taxes are not that complicated, but still...
