extra fees

Overall unhappy with the big chunk of fees for filing myself plus getting my refund processed to my bank. I think its a bit pricey. Its easy but I won't be using Turbo next tax filing season.

Adaptive and Insighful

Taxes suck, and I get mad no matter what. But consistency over the 11 years I've been using, knowing where I need to go for what, important data being remembered or easily imported, and adapting my experience with that data as I grow... ... IE: knowing when children approach higher levels of education, seeing my investment styles through times of job security vs. times of struggle, etc ... have kept me coming back for, in my 25 years of filing, audit free experiences!
