Turbotax has sneaky last minute fees

overall good guidance but I felt it was very sneaky and dishonest to charge $128 for the "free" service. we had a simple W2 and we didn't expect any fees and nothing was mentioned about a cost until the very end and seemed like their was no option but to pay. I'd rather pay a real person next time. I did all the work.

Ridiculous how you keep going over the same stuff checked, double checked and more just to raise your fees! Standard Filing, $89.00, INSANE !

What a mess they made of the product this year. Instead of being able to scroll up an down a page, I either had to scale down the screen or tab through. Not a good look!!
