Honestly, I used to dread tax season, but TurboTax makes it surprisingly painless. The ease of use is on another level. It feels more like a conversation than filling out government paperwork. It just asks simple questions about your year, and you click through.
What I love most is the accuracy and the peace of mind that comes with it. You can literally snap a photo of your W-2, and it populates everything perfectly. It double-checks every entry for errors as you go, so I never have to worry about a math mistake triggering an audit. It’s the closest thing to having a professional sit right next to you without the massive bill.

Over Charging

Turbo Tax used to be a product I referrred to everyone. Now, they nickel and dime you charging too much. for. the services. I have used it for years and I think this year is my last. Horrible to charge a transfer fee and direct deposit fee on top of the fee for using the service to begin with. Never again! Turbo Tax lost a loyal customer.
