Getting expensive for what it is

This year's program was not as good as previous years' programs were. It crashed on me multiple times, and the calculations for our simple return took a LONG time compared to previous years. Even so, the price went up 25%!!!!! If this continues, I will look elsewhere next year, despite the convenience of having information saved to be carried forward.

Turbotax is trusting!

Turbo tax is easy and really simple to use ! Anytime I dont understand something they usually have question marks near each question and when you're unsure, you click it to get a better explanation! If you cant find it, the search button is easy to use ! Turbo tax is very thorough too !
