They charge a fee to do direct deposit

Product did what it is supposed to. Good job. Forcing people to use your preferred bank to receive a fee free direct deposit is not a very honest business practice.. i guess you get what you pay for . undecided if i will return next year.

Free Tax File

This was a helpful tool, but I did no have to look up things on Google to complete and finish. Remember it is free filing option but you will get charged to process the Federal and State returns.

Hope you don’t have marketplace insurance

If my 1095-A document says 0.00 for an amount, I should be able to enter said amount, without TurboTax telling me it’s wrong. I know how to read, so when I input information into your program it should let me continue as is. I shouldn’t have to file by mail because your automated system is too flawed to register the numbers provided to me by the document.
