State Tax Form Problems

I found what I believe are two software errors with my Arkansas tax forms and was unable to resolve with your AI systems. information from my Fed Tax form for AR Personal property tax was not entered and counted on AR tax form. Also line 7A upper line 65 special was improperly checked. I'm very discouraged with not being able to resolve an error with YOUR software unless I agree to pay $150 to talk to a "expert" before filing
