I love using TurboTax, it is so convenient and easy to use. I love that they explain everything if you need further clarification on a question. I have been filing my taxes through Turbo Tax for years.

My last year using Turbotax

I've used TurboTax since 1986. This is the last year that I will do so. It has become a money grab. Examples:
$29 to upgrade to Deluxe version with no option not to do so
$39 to combine your Federal and State refunds. WITH NO OPTION TO DECLINE other than deleting the return
As you are checking out, more attempts to grift money from you with "upgrades"

Again, I have a simple return. I'll pay a tax preparer and keep my money local in the future.

I have used TurboTax for the last 15 years, since I joined the Army. It is very simple and easy to use and have never had any issues.
