Excellent phone service when I called in

I had to call and ask for help and a lady connected with me on the computer and fixed everything and helped me to complete the process. She was excellent and very patient.

made it really difficult trying to use form 5695. So much so that after having my return rejected 3 times i gave up and just didnt take the deduction. ended up paying in instead of getting 400 back.
