Easy and simple to use, thumbs up. I had no problems even when I had to save and close the program because I didn't have all of my paperwork needed so when I logged back in it was exactly where I left off making it fast and easy.

I find TurboTax awesome! Easy to use and understand, it has intuitive interface that guides you through the tax filing. Hope it won’t change. I love it!

This year was a complete disaster. I am unsure as to why they have implemented so many extra steps to file taxes. I do believe that it could be a tactic to cause people to pay for their services. It was a stressful experience and in the end, I did not even receive the "early refund advance" despite nothing changing through years of using TurboTax. Will not be using Turbo Tax ever again.
