Quick, easy efficient and liked the fact I would work on it both on my phone and lap top. It was helpful to go at it at my own speed when I got the forms I needed both on line and in the mail.

Easy to use but don't understand why I have to pay so much for such an easy return. Payment was close to half of my refund which is crazy!
