Turbo Tax2025 is confusing! I have been using turbo tax for years. This experience make me want to look at other tax programs next year. I am old and don't understand what they are asking for

Starting to not trust it

I liked it better when I could actually file my taxes without being charged to do so. This is ridiculous, I didn't use an advisors help yet I have to pay you almost $50 to file my taxes? seriously? its a scam! Not to mention every year despite me making approximately the same amount I owe more and more taxes, it doesn't make sense, I think there is a chance I will be switching to another service next year despite being loyal to turbo tax for the past almost 10 years since I started doing my taxes. It just doesn't feel accurate anymore.
