I find turbotax very user friendly. I can get though in very quick and there is no line to wait in and no appointment to set up. I like how there is help if I need it.

Almost everything was easy to do. The only thing that was a little cumbersome was entering the Interest Income from my banking institution-Form 1099-R. Also, my state forms were not ready to print, it said I could be notified when ready but could not do that.
