Price was absurd, all the added fees tacked on

This will be the last year, I use turbo Tax the added fees are ridiculous, especially the $35 fee to get direct deposit to a bank account, instead of to their crappy debt card system they use. $163 to file a simple state and federal return and have it deposited to my bank account.

nonstop checking and double checking, no free state or federal filing as advertised. and upsell attempts about every third screen. also weak help articles that were not helpful

I mean, I've been using this website since 2018 to file my taxes. It's fairly easy and does its job. I enjoy how easy it is to use and here are more characters to fill this box. Enjoy. Use TurboTax, folks. This is an endorsement!

turbo tax is my go to when filing taxes. for the most part its really easy and they walk you through it. this year was a little more challenging but got it figured out and send off.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
