easy to use

the free version is very easy to use just remember that and you dont have to pay for the add on versions unless you absolutely have to because of the new credits
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Watch those hidden fees

Agreed to the $40 Fee. It was not until the end that there was an additional charge of $49. Suckered me into not having the time to start over or cancel.

everything is great and very understandable I just don't see if we are filing ourselves and it says its free but we have to pay
