So easy to enter in my info!

great and easy to use! I was able to sign in, log out to take a break, then easily log back in to finish it at a later time

It gets worse every year. Nothing makes sense. You throw forms in my face without explanation. You ask questions that contain jargon you don't explain. I feel much less confident about what I'm doing than, say, 5 years ago when it seemed like a decent product. Next year I'll probably hire a tax professional.
