It was ok, not being able to manually enter the W2 info was a bit of a pain but other than that, pretty much like filing taxes anywhere else
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Annoying bug

There is a bug in the system: it insisted that I enter the state for Box 15 of several of my 1099s even though the 1099s had that box blank.

Hidden Charges Watch out "free"

The explanations were not thorough enough, any questions I had were not answered and it kept trying to charge me after every step. Only to end up with an additional $88 charge and another $40 if I wanted to use my return. I still had to input all my information because they "forgot" my information from last year since I didn't pay them. It's a money grab and I think its terrible.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and my only issue is the cost has gotten expensive when your taxes are so simple and no big refunds so I will probably start doing them myself and mailing them in.
