I've used it every year since it became available. I refer to my returns throughout the year when completing any financial applications or paperwork, and it's so handy to have it all in one place. Also, being walked through the process with simple questions takes a lot of the uncertainty out of filing.

using turbo tax was easy to navigate. i like how they can explain in detail some options your unsure of. i did not like the hidden fees.
