Commercial false advertising

The commercials said you can file free if u didnt file with them last year abd that wasn't my experience i was charged 30$ even tho ive never used turbo tax before. Also, I could not find a way to speak to someone about the charge.

I love the ease of filing my taxes. I really enjoy the accuracy of turbo tax. Everything was made easy and simple for me. I like that i can get my taxes back through credit karma.

I've used it for several years now. It has massively improved since the Old Days. It makes me feel confident that the info is correct and Uncle Sam is not gonna come after me.
