Excellent resource

It was so much easier to file from home; no lines or appointments needed, and I even got a bigger return than what any other agency ever gets for me.

YOU STATED I GET ANEXTRA MONEYOF 67.00 IF I UPGRADE I DIDNT WANT THE 67.00 BUT YOU DIDNT GIVE ME AN OPTION YOU FORCED ME TO BUY THE DELUXE. I HAVE ALWAYS DONE THE FREE OPTION WITH YOU GUYS. UPSET YOU STATED IT WOULD COST 29.00 FOR DELUXE THEN YOU CHARGED ME 79.00 AT THE END AT CHECKOUT. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING YOU ARE A FRAUD IT WAS 5 STARS UNTIL YOU RIPPED ME OFF!!!!

I don't like how you guys set it up so if we don't agree with sharing our info with your partners we can't pay out of our tax refund. when technically its suppose to be free
