direct deposit option is unethical

I was pleased with everything up until the refund deposit options window.. 35 dollars to do a direct deposit to my personal account is absurd and not disclosing that earlier is not ethical; I will be using a different program in the future that allows direct deposit to my bank account without being charged or having to create a separate credit karma account.

$163 to file my taxes, wouldnt let me file without upgrading to the $40 version but I didnt need to make any changes after upgrading. Thanks for stealing my money

Pretty easy a slight confusion on pin ID online. Other than that te online chat feature quick responses. Never an issue with estimated return to actual amount. h
