Too many problems for me to recommend again

My returns were rejected last year when I tried to e-file so I mailed them in. Same thing happened again this year. Tried to fix it, AGI was consistent with IRS transcript, and still no success. I am printing them out, but again, no instructions printed with the returns. Won't use this service again.
