Everything was great? Fast and accurate help. However I did not sign up for deluxe help and was charged $132.00 which I did not sign up for... I had no way to go back and had to pay this. This was very disappointing and misleading Otherwise everything was great

Hidden fees. Fees aren’t shown until “checkout”. At the start you’re told $49 and by the end it’s $150

Turbo Tax = government scam

Doesnt allow you to file for free, even though I have a simple, uncomplicated return. Two w2s, thats it, no crazy deductions, nothing out of the ordinary. Ridiculous to pay $89 for nothing, filed myself, no help.
