TurboTax is tricking people!

I have always used TurboTax however, this year I was forced to pay to file my taxes which has not happened before. My taxes were very simple and the only other form I had was not listed amongst the reasons for having to pay for my return so I am very unhappy. I feel like because I owed money on my return they took advantage of me and said my taxes were complex so I had to pay them to file them even though all I had was a W-2 and an insurance form.
