Turbo Tax is Great

This software was easy to use. Plus I am thrilled that I dont have a fee to prepare my taxes. Other softwares lead you to think that it's free but have to pay $100+ dollars.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Just tax prep with kinda high prices!

What an ordeal....first here with TurboTax with setting up my account again...using my laptop AND cell!!! Just a pain THEN it had me go to the IRS website to get last years AGI!!! That was worse!!!! this years taxes took me over TWO HOURS, mostly just to identify myself!!!!

You scammed me, you did not inform me you could not file my taxes before I bought delux. I would never had bought your service if I would have known that. I want a refund full!!!!

The process is easy to file on your own but it seems like every year it gets more and more expensive to file. Especially when you’re barely getting anything back.
