I love the ease of the whole thing. My taxes are pretty cut and dry but there are some questions that come up. Having explanations on hand right on the app is wonderful.

Requires consent for services I do not wish to use in order to complete the forms, despite those very same consent forms stating in bold that their services ARE NOT REQUIRED. Will be the last year I use turbotax.

Surprise fees!

Random fees out of nowhere, apparently I paid for a premium service I never accepted, and never even used, and didn't want to cancel everything and start my taxes all over again, so I just accepted my fate. Won't be using TurboTax again.
