Too many extraneous options.

I have been filing my taxes with Turbotax for over 18 years. It has been fairly easy in the past, however in last few years, it is getting more difficult. Today will probably be my last time using this program. I see that here have been many "hidden" components added this year. If I wasn't so diligent in making sure everything was perfect, there could have been several times that I consented to additionally items that would have cost me more money. The biggest fraudulent item was at the end when you are agreeing to file, it makes you think the only options are to pay another fee. I was furious, then clicked "show me more options" expecting to have to have it mailed, when miraculously, the free option to have it deposited into your account showed up. I will not put myself through an hour of this ridiculousness again. Also, one of h an reasons I've always used Turbotax is how it transfers my info from the previous year, making it a huge time saver. This year nothing transferred, I had to input everything manually. I recall there was some type of acknowledgment of private info in the beginning, however it wasn't clear.
