Good Product, Hidden Fees

I feel like there are hidden fees that they stick you with after spending an hour entering your information. So, if you're like me, you'll begrudgingly proceed. You'd think I'd try a different option after feeling like this every year, but I haven't. I'm curious if the competition employs similar tactics.
Their application is pretty solid, however.
