Great help from Irma

I had so much trouble with my 1098-T form it wasn’t going through an I ended up having to call customer support and this wonderful lady helped me we were on the phone for about an hour but she was very patient and polite with me the entire time and was eventually able to solve my issue. Her name was Irma she was very helpful thank you

Really Love Using Turbo Tax

from filing in previous years, my information was up to date and accurate. it was very easy to submit screenshots of tax documents and have it accurately uploaded.

Turbo tax is becoming has been

They try to upsell you at every corner. I paid $173 for unnecessary services I did not end up needing, and it did not let me remove the services. I filed on my own and don't believe they found me the best refund this year, like they said they try to do, because i wasnt able to apply the new car loan tax provisions under this year's file.
