I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I am getting up there in years and it is still pretty easy for me to use. I am far from a tech genius, so it must be easy to use.

Interface needs work.

The guidance for inputting the income documents needs work. A 1099-R got duplicated, one empty and one correctly filled out, during the review, they were not identified which was empty and which was filled out, the final review before filing identified which one, was able to go back and delete the empty one. This wa very frustrating while doing the income input phase, I decided to just go on and see if I could correct it later.
