Bugged system, supervisor Olivia was great

The lower tier lady didn't understand the issue. TurboTax seemingly has a bug with the Form 8959 calculation, I am way below the threshold for that form to apply and she would not accept that fact. She finally, after an hour, was willing to pass me to a supervisor who explained it was a bug and helped me finish filing without any more issues.
