I find it fairly easy to use. It walks me through each step and will occasionally pop up with a "person" asking if I need help or have a question. It's helpful, when it's needed. Just quick answer type questions. I wish the "free" version was really free, but what can ya do. It's convenient and works for me. I have used it for years and haven't had an issue or been audited. I feel if I were to be, that I would have all of the information that I need and would be in good hands.

Watch out for the up-charging!

It's an huge convenience. But the fact is, they tell you up front it'll cost you 45 bucks, then at the end they spring on you that it's actually double that. I don't like the dishonesty. Still, it's a lot more convenient than taking it to a professional and having to wait longer.
