Only One Glitch

Everything went well this year until I entered our 1099-R data. Box 16 on our 1099-R docs was blank, and TurboTax would not proceed with these being blank. I called for assistance and was advised to enter the amount in Box 14 into Box 16. This allowed me to continue. Alex assisted me and he was great!
FYI...when using the online help, I did read the following, "If Box 14 has an entry but Box 16 is blank, this might cause an error in TurboTax during filing. This is a known issue the software team is working to fix." I am disappointed that I had to spend more time trying to understand the issue, call the National Financial Services who stated Box 16 should be blank, and finally call TurboTax for assistance. Since this was a known issue, I am disappointed it was not resolved. I rely on TurboTax to know about taxes. When things don't go smoothly, I worry.

Not clear on everything...

It was hard, for me, to determine what I was paying for and what I really needed to pay for. When getting to the end of the process I was NOT happy that I was paying more than I wanted to.
