It was mediocre.

My phone call was done very poorly(expert phone call) and I still had to pay out of pocket for it. But personally the rest of the process was smooth going.

Unpleasant experience

I have a very easy federal tax return and turbo tax makes it very hard. I receive social security and pension that all. I’ll probably file next year the old fashion way. Thanks for making this very unpleasant

The really stear you away from the free side.

The system is great for filing your taxes but they hide and push you away from the free filing. That is sneaky and they have got in trouble for that before.
