Confusing, unhelpful, waste.

Difficult platform to use. Help box does not provide enough detailed information to make any legitimate changes when needed to. Language used on site is confusing and convoluted. Will not be using again.

I love turbotax!

Turbo tax helps me get it DONE!!! wooo! I enjoy doing my taxes when things are direct and straight forward. With Turbotax I dont feel like i have to go done endless rabbit holes searching for answer that i feel should be simple.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
