Simple but... not Free

I have been using TurboTax for the past 5 years and It's always a simple experience. The only things I'm confused about are the promotions that say free filing. But it never seems to be free, not including other fees from State, etc.

I have been using turbo tax for years andtis is the first time my returns were rejected because a form was not done. I rely on TT to know which attachments are needed and to direct me to complete them. I'm very disappointed.

No more tax accountant.

Turbo Tax has always been enjoyable to use. When visited the tax accountant, we always forget small details or not sure of specifics. Having small reminders through Turbo Tax and specific examples helps up greatly. The accuracy each year to provide a maximum refund helps dramatically.

very easy to use the only thing I would say is that they could come down on people that are just 1 person and have no paperwork to fill u whihc is very easy but always sp pricy
