Fast and easy

Decent platform, sneaky fees

Turbo Tax is a good platform to file your taxes on. My only gripe is the multiple times they try to trick you into paying more money for things. The constant request to switch to MAX, the $40 to take the payment out of you return, and most frustrating: the sneaky $35 fee to receive your refund 5 days sooner. The last one is presented in a manner that leaves you to believe it is your only option other than using a checking account through credit karma. It wasn't until the final checkout that i researched the option and realized it could be bypassed. Very sneaky and I'm sure many people fell for it and ended up paying extra.

Smoother than Google

I have been doing my taxes on my own via TurboTax for many years now. I LOVE this interface! It's the most guided and helpful software I have ever used (and I'm a Millennial). The accuracy in which my taxes get done is astounding.

Horrible interface

Interface is repetitive and annoying. It says it’s free consistently and is not. Had to file mine twice because rejected an had to repay the fee even though thee service says free. Will most def use a different service in the future
