It was really great. Fast to use. Understandable. And the W-2 input system is so easy. It makes taxes simple and fast...I just hope it's accurate!

Deceptive, greedy, unintuitive, bloodsucking, headache-inducing. Made a notoriously tedious and miserable task 100 times more horrible and miserable than it needed to be. Thank you so much for absolutely nothing!!!
