Turbo Tax representatives are RUDE

I submitted my taxes without being told that I needed a 1095A form so they were rejected. I paid to talk to someone named Jada after waiting 30 min. for a call. She was rude and spoke down to me and was not at all helpful. I then resubmitted my taxes today and had to pay again.

Turbo Tax just needs to work on better explaining certain tax breaks and what things mean.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
