Used Turbo Tax since 2000 and I've always felt secure in trusting with my financial information. They are alays accurate and I've never had any issues or an IRS audit!

At the end of filing, TurboTax adds optional products like MAX Benefits that I did not select and makes them difficult to remove. This feels misleading and unnecessarily stressful when you're just trying to file your taxes.

This is my second year filing my taxes with TurboTax, and I have never felt more confident in being able to do my taxes myself. TurboTax has lots of helpful guides, and sub articles you can click to better understand questions so you don't feel mislead or confused. Very easy interface, very easy to navigate.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
