Easy interface and understandable tax assistance. I always get my refund early or a loan and TurboTax always helps.

Lots of small fees

The fees keep getting added on and they are ridiculous. I would expect a single fee to be enough but no, you keep adding additional fees as the tax return process goes on. It is honestly disgusting. Shame on you.
