fast and easy, still charges even though says free

Turbo tax always shows "FREE" but charges at the end, says if you did not file with them last year its free, i didn't file with them last year and i still got charged, so very frustrating getting charged when you expect not too

Way Too Much Upsell. I feel like I am constantly being nickeled and dimed by this company's product. Relax with the confusing word play and misleading agreements right before signing the document, I feel like I was tricked. Due to this shady crap and upcharge around every corner nonsense I think I will give other services a try next year to see how they compare.
