I have used Turbo Tax for at least the last 10 years and it is always a pleasure. The interface is very easy to use and in plain English.

FEES! FEES! FEES!

While filling out my federal, the delux option was somehow selected. I never selected the delux service. Also, a $40 processing fee that you don't know about till the end when you want to file. Advertised as free, but that is not the case. Disappointed.
